MACH Technology Group is active in electronics development and manufacturing. These activities are mainly focused on the development and assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs). PCBs can be seen as the computer that controls an electric machine and feeds it with electricity, and are (increasingly) used in all types of electrical and internet connected devices.
MACH is a group of four operating companies, MUCO, Azteco, CDS and HEAD, that have been acquired in the period between 2011 – 2016. The four companies are all involved with either Electronic Development Services (EDS), or Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), or a combination of both. Due to the combination of the four different companies within the MACH group, MACH is able to serve a broad range of customer types with different and changing requirements.
Management and Nordian plan to achieve growth organically with the existing operating companies as well as through an active buy-and-build strategy. The company is active in the high mix/low volume niche within the EDS & EMS market, with a focus on mid-sized customers. This market is expected to grow, driven by new product introductions as well as increased usage of electronics in existing products. The market is still fragmented, which leaves room to add new companies to the group.
