During his vacations, Mathijs enjoys exploring nature by hiking through vast landscapes, such as those in Norway and Scotland, where he enjoys long walks. As a fair-weather sports enthusiast, he likes to go for a run through Amsterdam. In addition, he often spends his weekends in the kitchen, passionately working on his culinary creations.
