Investment Partner

Menno has been surrounded by people in education his whole life. His parents were teachers, his wife works in parental education, and his two children are in secondary school. After studying Business Economics in Groningen, he ended up in the world of mergers and acquisitions through an internship. For nearly twenty years, he has been involved in guiding various deals as a financial advisor. His first job was at Kempen & Co, where he worked with great pleasure for 17 years. After that, he became a partner at Nielen Schuman, where he was active in the same field, but in a more entrepreneurial setting. In 2017, Menno transitioned to Nordian as a partner. At Nordian, Menno is responsible for all the team's sourcing activities: finding interesting new investment opportunities, staying in touch with advisors, and collaborating with entrepreneurs. Outside of work, Menno spends his time mountain biking, windsurfing, and playing tennis.
