Operating Partner

Pepijn was active in various entrepreneurial ventures both before, during, and after his studies in Economics at the University of Amsterdam. Successful ventures of Pepijn include the student employment agency Ivoren Wachters, the service and installation platform Guidion, and the software company The Sustainables (with the sustainability platform HomeQgo as a 100% subsidiary). In addition, he gained strategic consulting experience at OC&C in Rotterdam and was involved in the carve-out (from the bankruptcy of Imtech) of Industry International. Since 2019, Pepijn has been an Operating Partner at Nordian. In this role, he focuses mainly on value creation and the challenges associated with ambitious growth plans at Nordian’s portfolio companies. For example, Pepijn has been involved in companies such as Jumpsquare, Codema, Econox, MACH, and Wetac in recent years.
