Operating Manager

During his studies in Industrial Engineering and Management in Delft, Tim became involved with young entrepreneurs when he helped establish the student branch of the tech incubator YES!Delft. After working for over 5 years as an operational excellence consultant at ING, honing his analytical skills, his entrepreneurial spirit was reignited. In 2019, Tim took on the challenge of building the Dutch branch of Swedish tech scale-up Budbee, an exciting adventure with massive e-commerce growth during COVID. In his role as Operating Manager at Nordian, his experience in consultancy and affinity for entrepreneurship come together perfectly to support and create value for our portfolio companies. When Tim is not working with one of the companies, you’re likely to find him in, on, or under the water on a (surf)board and/or hanging from a kite.
